Beanstalk uses artificial intelligence to generate recipe suggestions and content. While we strive to provide accurate, safe, and high-quality recipes, AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or unsuitable suggestions.

The arbitration shall take place in the United States. You and Beanstalk agree to waive the right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Beanstalk regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
